1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between HAPPYVALLEY CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company," "we," "us") and clients or visitors ("Client," "you") engaging our building construction, flat promotion, architectural design, structural engineering, or interior fit-out services.

By requesting a quote, executing a construction agreement, or utilizing our website, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Scope of Construction & Design Services

Happy Valley offers comprehensive turnkey construction solutions, including but not limited to:

• Residential building construction & independent luxury villa development.
• Commercial complex construction & office space fit-outs.
• Architectural 2D floor planning, 3D elevation modeling, and Vastu compliance design.
• Building renovation, structural strengthening, and facade restoration.
• CMDA & Greater Chennai Corporation plan permit documentation assistance.

3. Estimates, Material Specifications & Pricing

All project proposals, cost estimations (per sq. ft.), and bill of quantities (BOQ) are provided based on agreed material grades (e.g., Grade-A TMT steel, branded 53-grade cement, vitrified tile specifications).

4. Payment Terms & Stage-wise Milestones

Construction contracts follow structured milestone-based payment schedules (e.g., Advance Booking, Foundation/Plinth Level, Roof Slab Casting, Brickwork & Plastering, Finishing & Handover). Payments must be remitted in accordance with the executed Agreement prior to commencement of subsequent site stages.

5. Structural Integrity & 25-Year Warranty

Happy Valley provides a 25-year structural integrity warranty covering load-bearing concrete framing, columns, beams, and foundation stability against structural defects under normal operating conditions. Detailed warranty certificates are issued upon final project handover and joint snag inspection.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All 2D floor plans, 3D architectural renders, structural blueprints, and promotional media created by Happy Valley remain the intellectual property of HAPPYVALLEY CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the blueprints solely for their designated property site.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
