We were honored to be entrusted with the restoration of a 50-year-old heritage property in Mylapore. The objective was to preserve the home's historic architectural charm while completely modernizing its structural integrity and core amenities.
Sourcing authentic materials to match the original construction, such as specific types of timber and period-accurate tiles, proved difficult. Furthermore, reinforcing the aging foundation without altering the building's exterior profile required delicate engineering.
Our team collaborated closely with heritage conservation specialists to source period-accurate materials. We utilized advanced micro-piling techniques to stabilize the foundation invisibly. The result is a home that seamlessly blends modern comfort with timeless traditional aesthetics.
