This large-scale project involved expanding an existing residential community in Velachery. We added a new residential wing alongside state-of-the-art amenities, including a modern clubhouse and a temperature-controlled swimming pool.
Construction had to take place adjacent to an actively occupied residential area. Minimizing noise, dust, and disruption to the existing residents while managing a complex logistics operation for heavy machinery was a significant hurdle.
We implemented strict site management protocols, including advanced dust suppression systems and scheduled noise-intensive work during low-impact hours. The project successfully integrated eco-friendly building practices and delivered a seamless extension to the community's living experience.
