A fast-growing tech startup located on OMR approached us to design an office space that reflected their dynamic culture. The goal was to create a vibrant, ergonomic environment that fostered collaboration and creativity among their team.
The timeline was exceptionally aggressive, with only 2 months to complete the entire 5000 sq ft fit-out before the company's scheduled move-in date. Balancing high-quality ergonomic furniture sourcing with rapid execution was critical.
We deployed parallel work streams and utilized modular, pre-fabricated interior elements to drastically reduce on-site construction time. The final design features open-plan workstations, vibrant breakout zones, and acoustically treated meeting rooms, all delivered on time and within budget.
