We transformed a dated 15-year-old apartment in the bustling heart of T Nagar into a contemporary, smart-home enabled living space. The focus was on maximizing space utilization and introducing a clean, minimalist aesthetic.
Working within the constraints of an older building meant dealing with legacy plumbing and electrical systems. The challenge was to completely modernize the infrastructure while keeping the renovation timeline strictly within 3 months to minimize disruption for the client.
Our team executed a phased renovation strategy, upgrading the core systems first before focusing on aesthetics. We introduced smart home automation, custom built-in storage solutions to maximize the 1500 sq ft space, and a bright, neutral color palette to make the apartment feel more expansive and inviting.
