This project involved the complete ground-up construction of a bespoke 4-bedroom luxury villa located in the prestigious neighborhood of Anna Nagar. The client envisioned a modern oasis that seamlessly blended indoor and outdoor living spaces while prioritizing sustainability and premium finishes.
The primary challenge was navigating the tight urban footprint while maximizing natural light and ventilation. Additionally, incorporating eco-friendly materials without compromising on the high-end luxury aesthetic required meticulous sourcing and custom fabrication.
We implemented an open-plan layout with expansive floor-to-ceiling glass panels that opened up to a central courtyard. By utilizing locally sourced sustainable timber and high-performance glazing, we achieved a balance of elegance and environmental responsibility. The result is a stunning, energy-efficient home that exceeds the client's expectations.
