The Challenge
Developing on sandy soil near the coast required specialized foundation engineering to ensure long-term stability and resistance to corrosive salt air.
Our Solution
We employed deep pile foundations and used specialized anti-corrosive treatments for all exposed structures. The landscaping was chosen to be salt-tolerant, ensuring the greenery remains lush year-round.
